A clear 14-day refund policy.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing an AC Radar fixed-duration alert. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Eligibility
Send the request within 14 calendar days of the payment date. This applies to our one-week, one-month and two-month alert plans.
This policy is in addition to any cancellation, refund or remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer law. It does not restrict your statutory rights where the service is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
How to request one
Reply to your Paddle receipt, use the support option provided by Paddle, or email ops@acradar.uk. Include the email address used at checkout and your Paddle transaction or receipt reference. Do not send card details.
Paddle is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds back to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary; Paddle will confirm the refund and any expected timing.
What happens next
When a full refund is approved, the related AC Radar alert entitlement ends and no further stock alerts will be sent for it. Refund processing does not require you to separately unsubscribe.
Payment and refund records may be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes and legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Notice.
