The terms for using AC Radar.

AC Radar operates this independent UK stock-monitoring service. We are not endorsed by or part of any store whose availability we report.

AC Radar monitors selected portable air-conditioner listings and branch-level availability signals published by stores. Free search results and paid alerts are informational only.

We may correct, pause or withdraw a listing, location or collection process when source data is unavailable, unreliable or no longer permitted. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Paid plans last for the fixed period selected at checkout: one week, one month or two months. Each is a single payment, not a subscription, and does not renew automatically.

The alert period begins when Paddle confirms payment. You must verify the purchase email before we can send alerts. Late or failed email verification does not postpone or extend the paid period, so please contact us promptly if the verification email does not arrive.

An alert buys monitoring and notification for the selected product, postcode and radius during that period. It does not buy the product itself and does not guarantee that stock will appear. You can update or stop alerts through the secure settings link.

Paddle is the merchant of record for paid alerts. Paddle handles the secure checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts and payment-related customer support under the terms shown at checkout. AC Radar does not receive or store your full card details.

Our Refund Policy offers a full refund when requested within 14 days of purchase. A refunded alert entitlement ends when the refund is approved. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

You must not:

• misuse, disrupt or attempt to bypass the security of the service;
• use automated access that places an unreasonable load on it;
• submit false payment or contact information, or impersonate another person; or
• resell, copy or commercially exploit AC Radar data or alerts without permission.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect AC Radar, its users or third parties, or to comply with law. This does not affect rights relating to a paid service that we fail to provide.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, retailer decisions, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you use AC Radar for business purposes, we are not responsible for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or anticipated savings. Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We may update these terms for future use or purchases. The terms shown when you purchase govern that purchase, unless a change is required by law or benefits you. Material changes will be presented clearly.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
